Missouri’s Customized Training Reimbursement Program was built to help manufacturers like yours invest in their people. AI workforce training qualifies, and SoftSnow’s development and training delivery meets the state’s eligibility requirements.

How it Works:

1. Apply by June 30: Submit your training plan before the application window closes.

2. Training Starts July 1: Begin your AI transformation program. Costs are reimbursement-eligible from day one, even before the award is announced.

3. Receive Your Award: Awards are typically announced in August.

Note: This program is a reimbursement, not an upfront grant. Companies pay SoftSnow for training delivery services first, then submit for reimbursement through the state program.

What does SoftSnow do?

Is the Missouri program a grant?

No, it is a state-funded reimbursement program. Your company pays SoftSnow for the training delivery and development services first. Then, you submit those paid invoices to the state to be reimbursed for up to 100% of the eligible costs.

Who is eligible for this funding?

The program is designed for companies based in Missouri. The state specifically prioritizes companies that are growing net new employees, and/or making capital investments.

What is the timeline for applications and training?

The peak application window closes on June 30. Once you apply, any eligible training performed from July 1 onward qualifies for reimbursement, even though the state typically does not announce the final awards until August.
